Terms of Service
Effective 16 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Treso application, its services and this website (together, "Treso"), provided by Onchainsol Labs ("we", "us"). By using Treso you agree to these terms. If you use Treso on behalf of an organisation, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. What Treso is
Treso is software that helps teams request, approve and send payments from multisignature vaults and wallets they control on supported blockchains. Treso is not a bank, exchange, custodian, broker or money transmitter. We do not hold, control or have access to your funds or private keys, and we cannot reverse, cancel or recover any transaction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use Treso if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any sanctions list.
3. Your account and workspaces
Keep your sign-in email and devices secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Workspace administrators control membership and roles. Roles in Treso never grant authority over a vault: only the signers and approval rule recorded onchain do.
4. Your keys and transactions
- You are solely responsible for your wallets, private keys, recovery phrases, backup files and passwords. If they are lost, nobody, including us, can recover them or the assets they control.
- You are responsible for reviewing every transaction before you sign it, including recipient addresses, amounts and networks. Blockchain transactions are final.
- Network fees, protocol fees and account funding are set by third parties, paid to them, and may change.
- Vaults are operated by third-party protocols, such as Squads on Solana and Safe on Base, which we do not control.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Treso to break any law, including anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing and sanctions laws; to defraud or harm others; to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data; or to reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
6. Fees
Treso is free during its beta. Paid plans, including a monthly subscription and a one-time setup fee per workspace, are shown in the application before you agree to them. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a subscription lapses, access to paid features may be limited after a notice period, but Treso will never prevent you from accessing your funds, which remain in your vaults and can be used with other compatible tools.
7. Beta and test networks
Features marked beta, and use on test networks, are provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn, and may contain errors. Test network assets have no value.
8. Risks
Digital assets are volatile and carry significant risks, including software bugs, protocol failures, network congestion or forks, phishing, and regulatory change. You use Treso and blockchain networks at your own risk and should seek independent advice where appropriate. Nothing in Treso is financial, legal or tax advice.
9. Intellectual property
Treso, its software, design and brand belong to Onchainsol Labs and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Treso under these terms. Your workspace content remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate Treso for you.
10. Disclaimers
Treso is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that Treso will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onchainsol Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, digital assets, profits or data, arising from your use of Treso, blockchain networks or third-party protocols. Our total liability for any claim relating to Treso is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify Onchainsol Labs against claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of Treso.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Treso at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the service. Ending access to Treso does not affect your vaults or funds.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the application or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Treso after that means you accept the updated terms.
15. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Onchainsol Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Treso.
